Deleting Records
Step 1 – Open DNS Management
Go to Account Manager in the left menu and then to DNS Management.
Here you will see an overview of all DNS records for your domain.
Select the record or records you want to delete by checking the checkbox.
Once you have selected the desired records, click the Delete button at the top right to permanently delete the records.
Step 2 – Confirm Deletion
Next, click Confirm to permanently delete the record.
⚠️ Warning: Only delete records if you are sure they are no longer needed. Incorrect deletion can cause issues with accessibility or email functionality.
After confirmation, the selected records will be removed from your domain’s DNS configuration.
You will also see a notification at the bottom right confirming the record has been successfully deleted.
